About Me
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in California (#152066) with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. I didn’t take a straight path to becoming a therapist. I’m also an author, former graphic designer, and lifelong collector of meaningful experiences.I’m Queer and in recovery, which means I don’t approach this work from a distance. I understand the discomfort of change, the pull of old patterns, and the courage it takes to live more honestly. Clinically, I’ve worked as a substance use counselor, group facilitator, and residential manager, with experience supporting women and children, 12-step programs (including AA), and harm-reduction approaches.
I value honesty, curiosity, humor, and practical tools that help people build lives that actually feel livable.Outside of therapy, I can be found meditating, going for early morning strolls to the ocean, making vegan concoctions, seeing new films, and trying to stay in what really matters,
