Therapy

My Approach to therapy

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of California (AMFT 152066), with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University, Los Angeles. My approach is rooted in existential therapy, and I primarily work with LGBTQ+ clients navigating addiction, complex relationships, communication challenges, and the ongoing journey toward living more authentically.I see therapy as a collaborative and evolving process. It’s not about quick fixes or clear-cut answers—I’m not here to repair or prescribe. Instead, we’ll explore together, asking questions that help uncover what’s already within you. The work begins with what’s present now, not some distant version of a "better" life.Therapy isn’t about arriving at one final solution—it’s about growing through what unfolds. There may be moments of clarity, but more often, it’s a steady, shared process of discovery, reflection, and change.
