Would we be a good fit?

If something isn't quite working in your life, and you are willing to make a change and know you need some help, then we'd be a great fit.
If you’re questioning your relationship with substances, your identity, your values—or why you’re suddenly ChatGPTing “Am I normal?” at 2 a.m, then we'd be a great fit.

About Me

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in California (#152066) with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. I didn’t take a straight path to becoming a therapist. I’m also an author, former graphic designer, and lifelong collector of meaningful experiences.I’m Queer and in recovery, which means I don’t approach this work from a distance. I understand the discomfort of change, the pull of old patterns, and the courage it takes to live more honestly. Clinically, I’ve worked as a substance use counselor, group facilitator, and residential manager, with experience supporting women and children, 12-step programs (including AA), and harm-reduction approaches.
I value honesty, curiosity, humor, and practical tools that help people build lives that actually feel livable.
Outside of therapy, I can be found meditating, going for early morning strolls to the ocean, making vegan concoctions, seeing new films, and trying to stay in what really matters,

My Associate Registration allows me to work with anyone in the state of California.* I practice via Telehealth, because honestly, who likes driving in SoCal traffic? We meet online on a secure platform. I'm available for sessions Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm, but offer flexibility if needed. *I am supervised by Anneliese Hanson (California / 9217)

I look at life through a very existential/Buddhist/philosophical lens. Because therapy isn't limited to the 50 minutes we spend together, I believe in a bit of homework between sessions. I also draw from other evidence-based interventions when clinically appropriate, such as Narrative therapy, DBT and CBT.
